What documents are required for offline training registration?

For offline training, you need to upload Aadhar card (front & back), a recent selfie, and payment screenshot of ₹3,000 advance payment. All documents should be clear and in JPEG/PNG format.

How long does it take to get course access for online training?

If you choose "Pay Now" option, you get instant access. If you upload payment screenshot, we verify and provide access within 24 hours. Course access details are sent via email and WhatsApp.

Can I change from online to offline training after registration?

Yes, you can upgrade from online to offline training by paying the difference amount. Contact our support team for assistance with the upgrade process.

What if I miss the offline training batch?

Don't worry! We conduct multiple batches throughout the year. You can join the next available batch without any additional charges. We also provide free re-training if needed.

Is there any refund policy?

Registration fee (₹3,000) is refundable only when you attend the demo class and fill the feedback form within 24 hours. Training fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please read our complete refund policy for full details.
